FlySmiLes is the frequent flyer program of SriLankan Airlines, the national carrier of Sri Lanka. Established in 1992, FlySmiLes is designed to reward loyal passengers who frequently travel with SriLankan Airlines and its partner airlines.
Members of the FlySmiLes program earn miles, referred to as "miles" in the program, when they fly with SriLankan Airlines, its subsidiary airlines, or its Oneworld alliance partner airlines. These miles can be redeemed for various rewards, including free flights, cabin upgrades, excess baggage allowances, and access to airport lounges. The program typically features different membership tiers, such as Classic, Gold, and Platinum, each offering increasing benefits like priority check-in, bonus mile earning rates, and additional baggage allowances.
FlySmiLes also collaborates with various non-airline partners, including hotels, car rental companies, and credit card providers, to provide additional opportunities for members to earn and redeem miles.
